Creators may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their GearLink pages. Payout eligibility, timing, and structure are subject to platform rules and may vary by brand partner. GearLink reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud or misuse.
Intellectual Property
All content on the GearLink platform (except user-submitted content) is owned by GearLink. You retain rights to the content you upload but grant us a license to display and use it in connection with your page and platform functionality.
Termination
You may stop using GearLink at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that causes harm or risk to others.
